Where can I warm up, and when can I inspect the course?

- A course inspection is held on the Friday (21 August in 2026) from 12:00 noon to 5:00pm. It is the only opportunity to inspect the course, which is otherwise closed and not available for warm-up.
- Warm-up is not permitted on the course or in any area signed or marked "no warmup". Athletes must follow all instructions from officials.
- There is no formal technical meeting. The Technical Delegate is available for questions or clarifications as needed.
- Water is available in the finish area, with one refreshment station for competitors on the course.
- There is no lane draw.
