How do I become a certified rules official in Canada?

Golf Canada has used the R&A's Rules Education system since 2019, as part of the Rules Modernization Initiative. The page names Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa as using the same exams and designations. The program has three tiers (it replaced an earlier four-level structure):

1. Level 1 (introductory): online, through the R&A Rules Academy
2. Level 2 (provincial): delivered by provincial golf associations; requires Level 1
3. Level 3 (national): run by Golf Canada; requires provincial certification
