Your category
- You ride the age category on your licence at every event, including Provincial and SA Championships.
When
- The National Youth Championships may be held as part of the National Elite, U23 and Junior Road and Time Trial Championships (held each year by the end of February at the latest), or as a separate event, as decided by Cycling SA's Executive Board, Road Commission and Youth, Transformation and Development Commission.
Distances
- The same youth maximum distances apply as at other road races and time trials (U11 20 km, U13 30 km, U15 60 km, U17 80 km in road races at National and Provincial Championships).
