Not the standard national stage races. Under section 20 of the Cycling SA Road Cycling Handbook 2026:
- Road stage races (national tours) are open to Elite, U23, Junior and Veteran riders holding Full Racing Licences. Youth categories (U11 to U17) aren't included.
- Youth stage racing and youth festivals have their own regulations, set by Cycling SA's Youth, Transformation and Development Commission, not by the road stage race rules.
