Who makes rulings at league, and how do rules calls work in my group?

The League Director counts as the Tournament Director, and their rulings are final (rule 801.02). Your group enforces the rules during play:
- Any player in the group can call a violation on anyone in the group, and calls must be made promptly.
- A call that results only in a warning doesn't need a second.
- A call that adds a penalty throw must be confirmed by another player in the group (or by an Official).
- You can call a violation on yourself without confirmation, unless someone objects.
- When a disc's flight or position is unclear, the group votes. Everyone except the thrower votes first; the thrower breaks a tie. The thrower may state an opinion but not argue for an outcome.
- Warnings don't carry over from one round to the next.
You can appeal a group decision to an Official. If none is available, play a provisional and appeal later.
