- Matches are best of 3 rounds.
- Junior (and senior) divisions use a single elimination tournament. Youth and cadet divisions use double elimination.
- Junior rounds are 2:00 minutes with a 1 minute break between rounds (youth and cadet rounds are 1:30). Round and break times can change and are confirmed at the Technical Meeting.
- The latest published World Taekwondo Kyorugi Competition Rules and Interpretation apply.
- Junior draws are random.
