Rep age eligibility is determined as of December 31, 2026. A child is in a category if they are under that age on that date: Category Year of birth U10 2017 or later U11 2016 or later U12 2015 or later U13 2014 or later U14 2013 or later U15 2012 or later U16 2011 or later U17 2010 or later U19 2008 or later Teams that break the age restrictions face sanctions such as forfeited game scores, competition disqualification or club-level penalties. An athlete also becomes ineligible for OBA-sanctioned competition once they officially join a post-secondary basketball program.
