All bouts are 3 rounds with a 1-minute rest between rounds.

| Skills bout with a 10-year-old | 3 × 1 minute |
| Any other skills bout | 3 × 1.5 minutes |
At the 2026 England Boxing National Junior Championships, all bouts are 3 × 2 minutes.
