How do I report a safe sport concern or complaint?

Canoe Kayak Canada (CKC) has two routes, depending on the type of complaint and who it is about:
- Alleged breaches of the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS): report to the Canadian Safe Sport Program (Sport Integrity Canada) at https://sportintegrity.ca/report-safe-sport or 1-866-971-2777. Anonymous reporting is available.
- Any other misconduct under CKC policies: use CKC's independent third party, Sport Dispute Management PC, through the English complaint form linked on https://canoekayak.ca/safe-sport/ or by email at complaints@sportdispute.com. Reports are kept confidential, including from CKC staff, and complaints sent to the CEO or any CKC representative are forwarded to the third party.
Complaints are accepted regardless of when the conduct occurred, though prompt reporting is encouraged.
