What is the Super Shot and when is it active?

The Super Shot is a two-point goal. A Super Shot scoring zone is marked on every SSN court and is activated at set times during a match, shown in the venue by audible and visual signals.

• Where: the zone starts 3 metres from the goal post and extends to 4.9 metres from it (both including line width). It is 1.9 metres wide.
• When: the final five minutes of each 15-minute quarter.
• Extra time: it stays active in extra time after a drawn match, including Extended Extra Time in finals.
• Value: every attempt from the zone while it is active is a Super Shot, and a successful one scores two points.
