- Pitch: outfield or hard wicket surface, 14 to 16 metres long measured stump to stump.
- Boundary: 20 to 40 metres maximum, measured from the batter's end stumps.
- Ball: modified ball with a circumference of 21 to 22.5 cm and a maximum weight of 110 g.
- Bat: size 4 (under 1.8 lb or 800 g) is recommended.
- Surface equipment: a measuring tape or string, boundary markers, and chalk, tape or paint to mark the crease.
