How many overs can a junior pace bowler bowl in a spell and in a match?

Cricket Australia's in-season match limits are:

Age	Maximum overs per spell	Maximum overs per match day
Under 11	2	4
11 to 13	4	8
13 to 15	5	12
15 to 17	5	16
17 to 19	6	18

The age bands share their end points (13, 15 and 17) on the Cricket Australia page, which does not say which band applies at the boundary age.

Competition rules can set lower limits than these. For example, junior formats cap Stage 2 bowlers at 4 overs in a 20-over match and 5 in a 30-over match.
