AASCF runs championships across Australia from June to November, and AASCF Nationals is the final championship of the season, where teams compete to be National Champion.
- Age divisions run from Tiny, Mini, Youth, Junior and Senior to Open (14 and over, or 16 and over for Level 7) and Adult (18 and over), plus Scholastic (primary and high school), University and CheerABILITY divisions. Eligibility is set by the athlete's year of birth on the age grid.
- Levels are as defined by the IASF rules (Levels 1 to 7, with non-tumbling "NT" versions), except University Elite and Premier, which follow the UWCC university rules.
- Novice is a beginner version of Level 1 offered to all ages except Open and Adult.
- Each division lists the levels allowed in it, and a team's division is split by gym size and team size once it reaches 10 teams at a series event (12 at Nationals).
The next question has the birth years for each division.
