What must I tell Access Canberra after I am registered, and what if I lose my card?

- Charges or convictions: tell Access Canberra within 10 days by calling 13 22 81 or emailing WWVP@act.gov.au. Failing to report a new charge, conviction or finding of guilt is an offence.
- Name or gender change: visit an Access Canberra Service Centre with one current photo ID, one additional Australian-issued document linking your old and new details (ceremonial and celebrant marriage certificates are not accepted), and either a Change of Name Certificate or a Recognised Details Certificate.
- Change of organisation or role: email WWVP@act.gov.au with your new organisation's name, your role and its contact details.
- Address and contact details: use the Change address form, or update them in person when you renew.
- Lost or damaged card: complete the replacement form and pay $23.55. The new card is posted to you.
You must also keep within any restrictions on your registration and keep your details current.
