When do I arrive and what do I check before a match?

From Attachment H (Technical Responsibilities):

• The appointed Technical Officer and judges should be in attendance at least 40 minutes before the scheduled start.
• Check that ground watering is proceeding to the agreed schedule.
• On arrival at the technical bench, make sure the game clock is set to the agreed warm-up time and start it so the five minute warm-up finishes on time and teams leave the warm-up area before the match.
• Before the scheduled start, the judges and Technical Officer inspect playing uniforms and equipment. Rejected equipment is taken into custody by a judge for the duration of the match. After the first day of competition, uniform and equipment checks are carried out at random at the Tournament Director's direction. Any dispute about whether equipment is acceptable goes to the Tournament Director.
• All officials must have completed their integrity education requirements before the tournament starts.
