- Team managers
Team managers must maintain accurate game day records including team sheets and injury reports, and ensure any concussion reports are submitted.
- Concussions: all confirmed and suspected concussions are reported on PlayHQ as soon as possible, ideally by 9am on the Monday after the match.
- Stretchers: all stretcher call-outs and their outcomes must be reported on match documentation by both the Field Umpire and the Team Managers. A player removed on a stretcher takes no further part in the game.
- Qualified First Aider: your team must supply a First Aid / Medical Officer; if you fail to, the opposing team's qualified officer may take control of injured players for both teams. A player with a concussion or suspected concussion must not return to play.
- Ground: the Host Club must provide a stretcher in good condition, behind the interchange area for a single match.
- Interchange steward: an "injured" status in Rookie Me Play should only be used when a player has been assessed or withdrawn for welfare reasons.
