When is the team sheet due, and what goes on it?

Under NSL Handbook Rule 16, hand the completed team sheet to the referee at least 60 minutes before kick-off. It must give the full names of:

• the 11 starting players
• the 9 substitutes who may be used
• the 5 club officials who will sit on the team bench
• the 2 club officials for the two extra seats beside the bench

Shirt and shorts numbers must match those on the team sheet (Rule 17.11). Substitutes not named on the sheet before kick-off cannot take part (IFAB Law 3.3).
