What time must the team be at the stadium?

Q: What time must the team be at the stadium?

Under NSL Handbook Rule 15: Teams must be in the dressing rooms at least 70 minutes before the scheduled kick-off, and take the field at the time set by the match commissioner. The home team must give the visiting team access to the dressing rooms 4 hours before kick-off and to the pitch 2 hours before kick-off. 60 minutes before kick-off: team sheets go to the referee (Rule 16.1) and registration cards are inspected in the dressing room (Rule 15.6). If the match can't be played because your team is late or doesn't arrive, the club is charged with misconduct, and transport problems are no defence (Rule 15.2). Fixture times are set by the League, which must normally give clubs at least 120 hours' written notice of fixtures and changes (Rule 9.6).
