Reports about potential breaches of the National Code of Conduct and Ethics, or other integrity matters in football, are made through the process set out on Football Australia's website, footballaustralia.com.au.
- An Approach to influence the outcome or conduct of a Match must be reported immediately to the FA Integrity Department.
- A person who knows of, or reasonably believes there may be, a breach of the betting, corruption, match manipulation or inside information clauses (2.8 to 2.11) must report it to FA immediately.
- Any report to FA, including the identity of the person making it, is kept confidential and disclosed only to those at FA who need to know, unless the law requires otherwise, the Code permits it, disclosure is needed to meet the Code's objectives, or the information is already public.
- A Constituent must not victimise another person for reporting or indicating an intent to report a complaint, and must not make a complaint they know to be untrue or that is vexatious, malicious or improper.
