What do I need to renew my AUSTSWIM licence, and what does it cost?

The licence must be renewed every three years from the date of issue, and you are responsible for renewing before it expires. Renewal requires:
- 10 hours of approved professional development (this can include industry events, online learning and extension courses).
- 20 hours of evidence of recent teaching practice.
- A current CPR certificate and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Payment of the renewal fee.
The renewal fee is $275. It covers three years of AUSTSWIM Teacher registration, three years of personal teacher insurance, administration and processing, and a new digital licence.
