Singles
- Pre-Juvenile and Juvenile are marked on 3 Program Components, up from 2.
- Novice, Junior and Senior Free Programs have 6 jump elements, down from 7.
- Pre-Novice and higher have a maximum of 2 jumps in combinations and sequences, down from 3.
- Novice and higher may include the same jump type no more than 3 times, regardless of revolutions.
- A Euler is treated as a non-listed jump with no value between two listed jumps, is not allowed in the Short Program jump combination, and when permitted in Free Skating is done only once.
- Novice Free Program: spins reduced from 3 to 2, and the Novice Free Program is 3:00 (plus or minus 10 seconds). Junior and Senior replace one spin with a Choreographic Spin.
- The bonus for four or more different triple jumps in the Novice Free Program was removed.
Pairs
- Juvenile is marked on 3 Program Components, and the Juvenile Free Program has 1 jump instead of 2.
- Junior and Senior jump combinations and sequences are a maximum of 2 jumps.
- The Choreographic Sequence is removed from all Pair Free Programs; Junior and Senior add a Choreographic Pair Spin, and Senior adds a Choreographic Pair Lift replacing one lift.
- Bonuses were added at Novice and Junior.
Also new: Pre-Novice Solo Ice Dance was added, and domestic Junior pair age ranges were updated.
