What do I need to collect before the 14U game starts?

Before the game, the Official Scorer gets from each team's manager or coach:

1. A list of all eligible players and goalies, each with their number (whole numbers 0-99). At 14U a team may list up to 20 players, no more than 18 of them skaters.
2. The Captain and Alternates: one Captain and up to two Alternates. Mark them with "C" or "A" next to their names.
3. Coach signatures: every coach signs the scoresheet, one is designated Head Coach, and each lists their CEP card number, CEP level and the year they attained that level.

A team needs at least six players to start the game.
