Under UKA Rule CR1 S2(4)(v)(b), every licensed road race must give a minimum discount, set by the home country federation, off the advertised senior entry fee to runners who belong to an affiliated club and hold a current individual registration with their federation.
In England, England Athletics sets this at £2 off the entry fee for all licensed road and multi-terrain events for the 2026/27 registration year. Its benefits list names members of off-track (running) clubs and RUN:EA members as eligible.
Cross country, track and field and trail races work the other way round: licensed organisers add an Additional Unattached Entry Fee for senior entrants who aren't registered.
