Yes, at any USRowing-registered regatta (Rules of Rowing 5-201 and 5-203):
- Every competitor, rowers and coxswains, must be an individual USRowing member. Foreign competitors can instead belong to their own national federation.
- Every competitor must have a signed waiver on file with USRowing.
- Entries list your name, USRowing membership number and its expiry date, plus your club affiliation if it's different from the entering club.
- You represent one club per regatta.
- If you're not affiliated with a club, you can race as "Unaffiliated" in a single or as part of a composite crew.
- A composite crew mixes rowers from more than one club (or unaffiliated rowers). It can't earn team points or trophies.
- Race under your own name. A false name or ID means disqualification.
The organizing committee sets the entry method, deadlines and fees for each regatta.
