Apply to Sail Canada for each conductor role: Mark Layer Course Conductor (MLCC): you must have organized and conducted two Mark Layer courses under a certified Race Management Course Conductor. Race Management Course Conductor (RMCC): you must be a Regional Race Officer or higher, and have organized and conducted two Race Management courses under a certified RMCC. Race Management Master Course Conductor (RMMCC): you must be a National Race Officer or higher, with at least 2 years as an RMCC and an apprenticeship at a Sail Canada Advanced Race Management Course.
