Yes. Under RFU Regulation 15.9, players of all ages, both sexes and all genders may train and play non-contact rugby together, including adults with age grade players, provided:
- the lead organiser has risk-assessed the activity, and the risk assessment is available to everyone before it starts;
- no element of contact is allowed under any circumstances;
- it's played to recognised rules, such as the World Rugby laws for T1 Rugby, the RFU's endorsed non-contact format;
- age grade players are registered on GMS, and any competition format matches the age of the youngest player.
Non-contact rugby can be played at any time of year.
The RFU Gender Participation Policy only restricts contact rugby, so non-contact formats are open to everyone regardless of sex recorded at birth or gender identity.
