What are the sport classes, and what does "Not Eligible" mean?

Sport classes run from 1.0 to 4.5 in half-point steps: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5. Class 1.0 indicates the most impairment and 4.5 the least.

Players who have no eligible impairment, or who do not meet the Minimum Impairment Criteria, receive the class "Not Eligible" (NE).
