Can players without a disability play?

Yes. The By-Laws say the Open caters for players with varying levels of disability as well as non-disabled players. Every player, including non-disabled players, must be classified before the Open starts, and each class carries points that count towards the team point ceiling. An AFL article on the launch of the sport says it is open to everyone whether or not they have a disability.
