STARSkate is Skate Canada's figure skating program after CanSkate. Its system includes assessments, competition categories and supplementary events. Levels run from STAR 1 to STAR 10, then Gold.
- STAR 1-5: Skate Canada's main figure skating curriculum, taught by NCCP-certified coaches, covering the basics for singles, pairs, ice dance and synchronized skating.
- STAR 6-Gold: an assessment and event framework for skaters who have finished STAR 1-5, building on that foundation and introducing advanced elements.
