What consent form must I sign before the week?

Every player nominated for an SA Rugby Youth Week must complete, sign and comply with the Schedule I: SA Rugby Participation Consent Form, found in the SA Rugby Tournament Participation Agreement. No exceptions are made.

• If the player is under 18, the parent or legal guardian signs it, not the coach.
• The form and its supporting documents must be uploaded onto Footprint, SA Rugby's registration system, before the tournament. A player may only take part if this has been done.
• By signing, you consent to anti-doping testing by SAIDS, and to SA Rugby receiving the player's tournament injury and illness information, which may be used for research.
• Failure to complete the consent process means immediate exclusion from the tournament.
