What are the Net, Set and Go stages, and which suits my child?

Woolworths NetSetGo is Netball Australia's grassroots program for children aged 5 to 10. Your child joins the stage that matches their age:

• Net (ages 5-6): introduces the basics of netball through simple, fun activities that keep children moving.
• Set (ages 7-8): builds movement skills and introduces netball techniques and strategies, with sessions split between skill-building and match play.
• Go (ages 9-10): refines netball technique and overall coordination, with modified match play.

Experience level does not matter: each stage welcomes beginners and experienced players alike. Equipment and activities are adapted to the age group's developing bodies.
