- Stick, shin pads and ball: all three come in the Hookin2Hockey equipment pack (along with a stick bag), which you can buy when you register.
- Mouthguard: not in the pack. Hockey Australia says wearing a mouthguard is vital for safety when playing hockey. There are several types to choose from, and a dentist can advise on options.
- On the day: dress for the weather, bring water to stay hydrated, and arrive early for the first session.
