The minimum age at the National Clubs Carnival (NCC) for Gymnastics for All events is:
- TeamGym: 6 years in the year of the event
- FreeG: 6 years in the year of the event
- Gym for Life (performances): 6 years in the year of the event, or 5 years in the year of the event if an immediate family member is also participating in the team
