Go Games are small, adapted versions of hurling, camogie, Gaelic football and ladies' Gaelic football designed for children's development. They are national policy of the GAA, the Camogie Association and the Ladies Gaelic Football Association, and every club and county must follow them.
- Ages: Under 7 up to and including Under 12.
- Aim: to let children have fun and learn physically, socially and psychologically, and to introduce competition gradually. Everyone plays.
- Under 6: Go Games events for Under 6 are not permitted, and a club hosting or attending one may be sanctioned. Children aged 4 to 6 take part in their club's nursery programme, which builds movement and basic skills before they move on to Go Games.
- Format: blitzes (festivals) of small-sided games with modified rules. Under 12 is organised on a league and blitz basis, run by counties.
- Membership: each child must be a registered member of their Association, for injury cover.
