What is Rally Cap and what ages is it for?

Rally Cap is Baseball Canada's official initiation program: a first, fun baseball experience for young children. Baseball Canada's Rally Cap mini-book (2022 revision) says its goals are to:

1. Create a fun environment where children and adults are actively engaged together in baseball.
2. Develop fundamental motor skills and teach baseball skills and basic rules.
3. Experience success with an emphasis on respect and fair play.
4. Promote increased self-esteem.
5. Recruit new coaches, parent helpers and volunteers.

Ages: the Baseball Canada manual does not state an age range. Baseball BC's Rally Cap page says the program is designed for T-Ball and Blastball participants aged 5 to 8, along with their coaches and parents. An older Baseball Canada news article described it as for ages 4 to 7, so the age range varies by source.
