Weigh-in timing (4-5-1, updated for 2026-27): wrestlers weigh in shoulder to shoulder or by team at the start of a dual meet, or before a team's first competition each day of a multi-dual event. When a preliminary meet is followed by a varsity meet, weigh-ins may precede the preliminary meet by mutual consent.
Skin documentation: any physician's release for a suspected skin condition must be furnished at the weigh-in.
