At ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors tournaments (2026 Code of Conduct), code violations such as audible or visible obscenity, verbal or physical abuse, ball or racket abuse, unsportsmanlike conduct and coaching are penalised as follows:
| Offence | Penalty |
|---|---|
| First | Warning |
| Second | Point penalty |
| Third and each later | Game penalty |
- After the third violation, the ITF Supervisor decides whether each further offence is a default.
- Point Penalty Schedule penalties are final and can't be appealed.
- The Supervisor can default a player immediately for a single serious violation.
Time violations are separate: the first is a warning; after that, a server is given a fault and a receiver a point penalty for each violation. If the delay is due to a medical condition, refusal to play or not returning to court in time, it is a Delay of Game code violation on the Point Penalty Schedule.
The chair umpire or referee makes decisions on continuous play and coaching under whichever approved Code of Conduct is in operation, so other events may use a different code.
