How are log positions decided when teams finish level on points?

Under NSL Handbook Rule 8.2, clubs level on points are separated in this order:

Goal difference in all league matches
Goals scored in all league matches
Head-to-head: points, then goal difference, then goals scored, counting only the matches between the tied clubs
If that separates some clubs but leaves others tied, head-to-head is applied again to just the clubs still level, and repeated as far as possible
If clubs are still tied after all of that, a play-off at a neutral venue chosen by the League

Note that goal difference and goals scored come before head-to-head.
