What security checks and bag rules apply at the gates?

From the National Bank Open's Tournament Policies:

• All ticketholders are subject to security measures before entering. Bags may be inspected and you will walk through a metal detector.
• Arrive at least 60 minutes before play, and leave unnecessary items at home or in your vehicle.
• Tell security staff if metal detector screening is not advisable for medical reasons.
• The policies page gives no specific list of prohibited items, and says restrictions may change, so recheck them before visiting.
