The One Hockey Cup is an award for a club (licensee), not a team. It goes to the club that ranks highest on the aggregate scores of its women's and men's teams at the end of the Home and Away Rounds.
- It is a separate table and has no effect on the Hockey One League Season or its League Tables.
- Each Matchday, the club's women's and men's scores are added together and compared with the opposing club's aggregate. If a match is a draw, the club that wins the shoot-out gets one extra goal on its aggregate.
- Points: 3 for an aggregate win, 1 each for a draw, 0 for a loss.
- Ties are broken by Matchdays won, then goal difference, then goals for, then the head-to-head Matchdays, then field goals scored (not counting conversions). If clubs are still equal they share the placing.
