How many points does a team get for a win, draw or shoot-out win?

In Home and Away Round matches under the July 2026 Competition Regulations:

• Win in normal time: 3 points.
• Draw: 1 point to each team. A shoot-out then decides the outright winner, and the shoot-out winner gets 1 bonus point, making 2 in total.
• Loss in normal time: 0 points.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned and no shoot-out can be completed, no bonus point is awarded.

Note: the Hockey One website's rules page still shows an older scheme (5 points for a win, 2 each for a draw plus 1 for the shoot-out winner). The July 2026 Competition Regulations are the later document.
