When are rosters and lineups due, and can I change them?

Roster (USAV 4.1.3), unless the event's competition regulations say otherwise: Submit it at least 10 minutes before the start of each match, including tournament play, listing the names and numbers of eligible players. The coach or team captain signs it. Only players on the roster may play. After signing, the roster may be changed only to correct a uniform number, and that costs a penalty point if the coach or game captain requests it. No players may be added after it's signed. Lineup sheets Set 1: due 2 minutes before the end of the timed warm-up. Later sets: at least 30 seconds before the end of the interval between sets. Late lineup: delay sanction. Once the lineup sheet is delivered to the 2nd referee or scorer, changes require a regular substitution. The one exception is fixing a duplicate number before the set starts, which isn't charged as a substitution. Mark the game captain with a "C" and record your libero(s), or the scorer will return the sheet.
