What format, ball size and field size does U12 use?

The Canada Soccer Grassroots Standards set these for U12 (Learn to Train stage, U12-U13):

• Format: 9v9.
• Ball: size 4 at U12 (size 5 at U13).
• Field: width 45 to 55 m, length 65 to 75 m.
• Goals: ideal 6.5 ft x 18.5 ft (1.98 m x 5.64 m); minimum 6 ft x 18 ft (1.83 m x 5.49 m); maximum 7 ft x 21.5 ft (2.13 m x 6.55 m).

Where a "Light" ball is available, the standards say a size 5 Light ball would be appropriate for U10-U13.
