What are the rules for coaching matside in restricted categories?

In technical restriction categories:

• Coach appeals aren't permitted. The refereeing team can still refer a decision to the referee in charge themselves.
• Coaching must stay positive. It isn't acceptable to criticise the opponent or call for penalties against them.
