What certification do U7 and U9 coaches need?

Head and assistant coaches have the same requirement in each division, per BC Hockey's coach requirements table:

• U7: CL1 (Coach 1, Intro to Coach), or CL2 (2008-09 to 2016-17), or HC Coach 1 and HC Coach 1-U7.
• U9: CL1, or CL2 (2008-09 to 2016-17), or HC Coach 1 and HC Coach 1-U9.

(CL = BC Hockey coach level; HC = Hockey Canada.) The table cites Regulation 3.3 and, for U9, Appendix A.
