Rest is set by pitches thrown in a day. 13U Boys/14U Girls vs 15U Boys/16U Girls:
| Days of rest | 13U / 14U Girls | 15U / 16U Girls |
|---|---|---|
| None | 1-30 | 1-35 |
| 1 day | 31-45 | 36-50 |
| 2 days | 46-60 | 51-65 |
| 3 days | 61-75 | 66-80 |
| 4 days | 76-85 | 81-95 |
| Daily maximum | 85 | 95 |
- Each day of rest runs from 12:01 am to 11:59 pm of the next calendar day, and the rest is immediate. A 13U pitcher who throws 60 pitches on Thursday is ineligible for the rest of Thursday, all of Friday and all of Saturday.
- If a game runs past 12:01 am, those pitches count as if thrown before midnight.
- A pitcher who becomes ineligible is ineligible for the rest of that calendar day.
