Under the ACA National Competition Rules 2026-27 (215 Entries):
- FIS Children (CHI) races: the PTSO submits the FIS Entry form, completed FIS athlete declarations and copies of passports to raceentries@alpinecanada.org. The intent deadline is 21 days before the first Team Captains' meeting.
- Non-FIS races: PTSOs submit one FIS Entry form to raceentries@alpinecanada.org. The deadline is five days before the first Team Captains' meeting. Competitors should have a maximum of 120 national points on the current points list in at least one discipline; entry for athletes with more than 120 national points in all disciplines is at ACA or PTSO discretion.
- Entries abroad: only ACA can make entries for competitions out of Canada. Canadian athletes who enter, or attempt to enter, a race without valid permission from ACA face disciplinary action that can include financial sanctions, suspension from racing and revoking of the FIS licence.
- National points: a NAT codex can be assigned to a race for U14 and older; races with a REC codex give no national points.
