BC School Sports accepts forms for the 2026-27 school year from August 31, 2026, and submissions must use the current year's forms. Quick Guide forms (handbook sections):
- Grade 8-9 Transfer Form (911.2)
- Change of Residence Form (923.0)
- Notification of Transfer Form (942.0)
- Eligibility Application Form (943.0): exemptions, or athletes who do not fall under the outlined rules
- Eligibility Appeals Form (944.0)
- Grade 7 Eligibility Application Form (817.0)
- Online Learning & Alternate School Students Form (822.0)
- International/Boarding Student-Athlete Form (823.0)
- Middle/Junior School "Playing Up" Form (818.1)
- Moving Up, online through STARS (818.3)
- Joint Team Application Form (840.0)
