What do the sport class statuses New, Review and Confirmed mean?

After an evaluation session you receive a sport class and a sport class status. The status shows whether and when you may need to be classified again.

• New (N): you have been nationally classified but not yet internationally classified under the sport's rules.
• Review (R): you have been internationally classified but are subject to review. This applies to fluctuating or progressive impairments, or to young athletes who have not yet reached physical maturity.
• Confirmed (C): you have been internationally classified and the panel is satisfied your impairment will remain stable.
